What age group does the sports centre cater for?
The sports centre caters for party's 3-7years of age.
What is the cost per child?
The cost is €16 per child.
Do you have to pay a deposit?
Yes you have to pay a deposit of €120.
Does the sports centre accept credit card?
No we only accept online banking or cash for deposits.
What is the minimum number of children?
The minimum number is 20.
What is the minimum cost?
The minimum cost is €320.
Can you host a party at the centre if you don't have 20 children?
Yes you can host a party at the centre but you will be still charged for 20 children ie. 320 euros.
What is the maximum number?
The maximum number is 35 children.
When does final numbers need to be confirmed?
Final numbers need to confirmed at the lastest 1 hour in advance of the party.
This is in need of prepartion of food orders etc.
Are younger or elder siblings charged if they participate in activities?
What is the youngest age that a child can participate in the activities?
3 Years of age.
How many instructors will supervise the party?
Two instructors supervise the party at all times.
Are instructors qualifed/garda vetted?
Is there a staff member present that will have first and kit required?
Are staff qualified?
All staff members are above the age of 20.
Staff members have qualifications ranging from childcare to sports management/coaching degrees.
What does the activities consist of and how long do they last?
The activities last 1 hour and a half in the sports hall where the children are provided with a range of different activities.
This consists of two bouncing castles, pedal go karts and bikes.
The last 30 minutes consists of the wii disco dance room and the jungle gym play area.
What food is provided for the children?
We provide chicken dippers, sausages and chips. Robinson's orange
drinks are provided throughout the party.
If a child leaves before the food will they be charged?
Yes once the child participates in any of the activities.
Are party bag's provided?
Yes party bags are provided. They consist of popcorn, haribos, love hearts and lollipops.
Can parents add to the party bags.
Party bags are made in advance. However parents can be provided this box if they wish to add extra items at the start of the party.
What do the parents need to supply for the party?
Parents need to supply the cake and candles only.
Most suitable cake to bring?
We have found that chocolate cake to be the most suitable cake that the children prefer.
3 Children upwards we ask the parents to bring one big cake for the children to blow out
together instead of 3 seperate cakes.
Does the centre supply bags for presents?
Yes the centre supplies bags for presents?
Does the centre supply knife, plates, cups and a lighter?
Yes the centre supplies all these above items listed.
Has the sports centre a canteen for parents?
Does the centre supply coffe/tea for parents?
No the centre does not supply tea/coffee.
How early can parents arrive before their party starts?
We ask the parents to arive no more then 10 minutes.
Will there be chairs for the parents to sit on?
Yes chairs will be set up for each of the areas for parents to sit.
